This magazine's body is comprised of Thermold's black Zytel Nylon polymer that is proven to be light, durable, corrosion-proof, and reliable.

Shallow and wide with ammo

First and last for these clips. Purchased two to get me going. Neither will hold twenty rounds and both bulge horribly at the top when loaded causing a LOT of friction going into the magwell. Squeeze the top and it fits like it's empty. Give it a minute or dare to smack down the rounds and it expands out again.

I like having 20 rd mags for 20 rd boxes of ammo. Haven't had any problems with these, sometimes I stagger training rounds in with the mix, all will feed. They work in my DPMS. Gen 2 P-mags are coming down at the gun shows so I might grab a few while the prices are low. Good Deal.

The 20 round magazines have worked flawlessly in my Rock River Arms AR-15. I can get 20 rounds into the mags with no problems. I do use a Maglula loader.

I have 4 AR's and around 30 Thermold mags, they have worked without any issues and I shoot a lot, I do use some colt mags to but really see no difference in function they work for me

Not a very good mag

Seeing "poly" 20 round AR mags, I jumped before looking. Of the 4 I got none will hold 20 rounds (perfect for states that have a 15 round law), but all would load 15. Three of them had feeding problems, the 4th worked perfectly when it got down to 10 rounds (it becomes a 10 round mag). I would make these a "free promo item" with $X purchase. That being said......I cant fault the people at Lucky Gunner, they were great. They got my order done quickly and sent me just the right amount of emails (some send me a lot of junk promos).

Does not matter if it holds 2 or 20. Ammo will not feed. Don't just look at the stars, read the reviews. Threw mine away.

Used these mags twice now and the same thing happens. Missfires and jammed bent rounds. I used the Magpul 30 rd. and no problems at all. Thermold are junk!!!!

All 10 of mine hold 20 rds... Every other round fired there is a misfeed,,in both my colt ar's. I can run tapco and magpul 30 rd all day long with no problems, mag dumps with slide fire no problem. As soon as I try the thermold 20 I end up with bent round after bent round.

Do not buy these, your better off feeding in one round at a time by hand ....junk product

Havent shot with them yet, tried loading one mag with 20 rounds and couldnt get all 20 in about 17 or so. but figured since they are brand new they have to be worked in a bit.

bought 2 of these and also can only fit 18 at most. Seems to be a regular problem with this product and don't understand why Thermold keeps putting them out like that. I will nver buy another Thermold product in my life and would rather pay the extra money to a company that doesn't make a shotty product. Love Lucky Gunner though, they have a very good selection of merchindise at a fair price and Great customer service.

I ordered two of these to try them out even though most reviews said they won't hold 20. Mine held 18 rounds with no additional space available. I called Thermold and asked them if they have had any returns or complaints. Answer was no. I am returning them so they can check the QC. They will return or replace them. Quality seemed to be good but did not try firing with them. No issues with Lucky Gunner.com. Every order has been shipped quickly and packed properly. Plan more purchases from LuckyGunner.com.

Worthless

Finally got a chance to take these out and use them. I put 150 rounds through my AR with aluminum magazines with no issues. Brought out the first thermold, charged first round and got a misfeed. After i cleared, got another misfeed that resulted in a bent round. After clearing that, got a third misfeed that again resulted in a bent round. Was unable to actually fire a single bullet from this magazine. Another shooter had another brand of aluminum magazine, shot 30 rounds no issue. I have now unloaded 8 of these magazines and will never use them again.

Shipping and service from Luckygunner was awesome. Just a bad product.

Can't get 20 in them. Tried Wolf first...only got 15 in. Switched to Armscore...got 17 in. Cheaply made light duty plastic.

Fits well in my AR-15 but will not hold more that 18 rounds in a 20 round Mag. Both Mags I bought operate well though. Bought these Mags for spares, but will use these at the range for target practice. Put 100 rounds through each Mag today with no problems. The Service that I have received from LuckGunner makes up for a small SNAFU with a product.

Decent magazines but the 3 I have will only hold 17 rounds each. No way they will take 20. For the money, they are hard to beat however.

They work, don't know about durability. Had a feeding issue. Make sure to tap ur mags so the cartridges seat.
None held 20. 18 max but very tight. Using 17 without problems.

Decent, but cheap

These are extremely cheap plastic, drop them on the concrete and they might even break for all I know. They do require slapping them fairly hard to engage them fully into your rifle, and this was confirmed on 3 different guns. There is no real "lock" sound or click when set, the only way of knowing it pulling the charging handle to see if it worked. I have not had a single FFL with this clip however.

Honestly I find firing 20 rounds to be plenty with a .223 at one time. Having 20, 30, 42 and 100 round magazines, this is not a bad option.

Quality: Poor, cheaply made, won't last long - that is for sure
Value: Price is decent as compared to Magpul or others, but it is no Magpul mag - just figure on a 60% profit for all sales for things these days.
Performance: They fire, no jams so far but this is not an investment magazine. This is a spare at best. You do not want this as your main magazine for sure.

I origianlly wanted a couple of 20 round mags for sighting in my AR at the range. On this last order I picked up 3 magpul mags in 30 round configuration and these two Thermold 20 round mags. For the money, I should have just bought another magpul. I think the Thermold mag is junk. I can only fit 17 rounds into the mag before it binds up. I believe that as it gets close to being full, the follower binds up in the bottom of the magazine and jams. I would not recommend these to anyone and I will be returning these to Lucky Gunner.

Received the 4 I ordered today. Out of the box, quality appears good. Fits my Bushmaster without any problems. Have to try in my Windham Arms still. Big issue...advertised as 20 rounds...but none of the 4 I received will take more that 15 rounds.

Fast ship from u guys...awesome job ...overall a good mag but did find that upon test firing that last shot would not hold bolt open on 2 trials (and 2 of 4 different clips) manual test worked fine...anyone else experience this??

I grabbed a few of these and was happy w my purchase. I have a bunch of 30 round Magpul Pmags also. On my Ar 15 I placed a Mako magwell grip and w the Pmags it's a snug fit. The Pmags do not drop free but this isn't a concern since it's mostly a range gun. The Thermold 20 round mags fit snug but will drop freely. A good mag and will prolly buy more.

A: This magazine will work well for your Sig rifle. Termold's design is configured to be accepted by a wide variety of standard and custom AR-15 and M16 style rifles.

A: This will work well with the Smith & Wesson M&P AR-15 style rifle. The Thermold material holds up well for use at the range compared to other plastic magazines. This magazine will also fit on any other AR-15 style rifles chambered in .223 Rem or 5.56 NATO

As you have done, it is always good to verify local laws for any restrictions prior to ordering. Additionally, it may be unlawful to modify existing firearm parts without legal approval.

A: Yes, these magazines were designed to function in any standard AR-15 platform. Bushmaster is one of the most commonly manufactured AR-15 platform rifles on the market and will accept the Thermold 20 round 223/5.56 magazine without issue.
