This is version 2-A of National Target Company’s discretionary command training target. You can use it for casino drill training, which Lucky Gunner’s very own Chris Baker describes at length in his recent article. For a more casual yet equally stimulating training exercise, you can just have a buddy randomly call out commands such as “two,” “yellow six,” “red triangle,” or “every number except five and three.” The better you get at following random instructions on the fly like that, the better in theory you’ll become at making split-second decisions with a handgun.
