A: Thanks for reaching out Joseph! I only advise FMJ bullets for target shooting because they're unable to expand inside soft tissue. You could take a coyote or deer with one of these, but many jurisdictions ban non-expanding bullets during deer season and they are more likely to cause needless pain and suffering on the animal's part – not to mention simply wound it so you'd have to spend a lot of time tracking it down.

A: Hello Shaun! We have to ship to an FFL holder in New York, and we can't ship to Rochester, Buffalo or the city. You can read more about our shipping to New York here: luckygunner.com/new-york-ammo-sales

A: Hi Jim! Sadly your state's strict laws prevent us from shipping ammo there. We can ship to the states north and south of MA, for what it's worth. I wish we could be of better help, but I can tell from your question that you're sympathetic.

A: Hello Damian,
Thank you for reaching out to us about the Prvi Partizan. This ammunition can be used in any rifle chambered for .30-06. It is simply loaded in a way so it does not damage the gas operating rod in the M1.

A: Hello Rod!
This ammunition can certainly be used in any rifle chambered for .30-06. It is simply designed to operate at a lower gas pressure as to not damage the gas rod in the M1 rifle.
