A: Yes sir! Black Rain Ordnance even offers PMAGs on their own site, which I interpret as their own personal endorsement. This mag ought to work perfectly with a Spec15.

A: Hi Josh. The recent decision that the judge definitely interpreted, and struck down, was the ban on OWNING a “high-capacity magazine”, as that term was defined in the CA law. This is great news for our CA customers. However, we have to have a clarification on whether or not we can SELL these magazines at this time, an aspect that was not addressed in the ruling. As strange as it sounds, just because a customer can legally own something, that does not mean that they can legally purchase MORE, or that we can sell them more. I know that there are some companies already shipping to CA, but we cannot do that until the law clearly says we can do so. Our Legal Team is currently in communications with CA and we hope to have an answer soon.
