It took a minute to get the rhythm. But definitely saves the thumbs. You are still loading rounds one by one, so it’s not really any faster loading, but saves on hand fatigue. My daughter even loads her own magazines now.

If you own a semi auto pistol, you need to purchase a MagLULA Universal Pistol Magazine Loader. The ease and speed of loading will give you extra range time instead of busting your thumb loading manually and slowly.
That savings in time alone is well worth the $35. Keeping the skin on your thumb is a plus as well.

And if you own any AR magazines, get that Maglula loader as well.

Last week I bruised my thumb really bad trying over and over to get the last two rounds into my Kimber Micro 9-9mm magazine. NEVER AGAIN!
I don't know what genius designed this thing but it only took me about 2 minutes to navigate the learning curve and it woks almost effortlessly on my 9mm Kimber, .45 ACP Kimber, Glock 19 & Glock 23 .40 Cal.
A bit pricey but worth every penny. Made in Israel by some real smart people! Rev. Muddy

I've used the UpLULA for the HK 45C magazines and Colt Defender .45 magazines and the BabyUpLULA for the .32 magazines. I have arthritis in both hands so it doesn't take long for increased pain and stiffness in both hands when attempting to load the magazines by hand. The UpLULA and BabyUpLULA prevent additional pain in both hands, makes it easier to load magazines, decreases dropping cartridges, decreases loading times. I've ordered another of each of them so as to have one of each in the gun safe and one of each in the range bag. I use numerous magazines for each pistol and usually shoot 300 - 500 rounds when at the range.

These things are so "BAD" I bought another one this week. It looks like Starting to collect them...These are the best loader I have ever used. I'm a Vietnam Vet, leave to say I had the "opportunity" to use a few. I have 9mm Springfields and this loads those mags bang, bang...! Thank you

Worked exactly as advertised. Easy operations and very quick to learn, even is easier to unload rounds using the back of the loader.

Helps get the 13th round into my Glock 23 factory magazine.

Highly recommend for new gun owners, as the time savings are substantial when compared to hand loading or using the manufacturer provided (Glock) speed loader, which is terrible in comparison.

Delivery was quick and painless from Lucky Gunner, and the little interaction I had with the service was pleasant.

Only lost star is due to the price being similar to what it sells for everywhere else, not much discount, but the convenience makes it worth it.

On single stack mags this can be a little clumsy to use, or maybe it's just me. This is a great product and really saves your thumbs while loading and cuts down on loading time to boot. I read somewhere that there's a spacer of some kind that helps with the clumsiness problem, but I haven't checked into it. The product works without it and I figure I'll get more proficient with it over time. Highly recommend this product.

Helps dramatically with the stiffness in my hands that develops after a few clips of hand reloading; and no more bloody fingers after trying to squeeze that last load into the clip!!! Works with everything but 22LR and I bought that one too!

Wow I never knew loading magazine's could be so easy . I were at the range teaching my two daughter's how to shoot. We had 3 auto's we were using, two 45s and one 9mm. Let me tell you we went though about 200 rounds. Loading with the MagLULA was very quick and easy .

Easier and faster than hand loading single stack .45 ACP and .40 S&W. I can also load my single stack Sig mags full, instead of one short of full when loading by hand. Great product, but pricey.

Took a 4 day defensive hand gun course THIS loader saved my fingers/hands! We shot through 600 rounds in those 4 days in 96-100 degree heat I was able to reload my magazines while my shooting partner was on the firing line. I have arthritis in my hands as well as a plated broken wrist. This tool was a life-saver.

I have tried quite a few different loaders over the years and the Butler Creek Lula is by far the best one on the market today! The video says it all. It really is that easy once you practice with it a few times. It was always hard getting the 10th round into my Glock 30 10rd magazine until I purchased this loader. No it's a breeze. Buy it! You won't be disappointed!

The magazine loader is light weight and functions well even after cycling over two thousand rounds. I brought two more for family members. Makes going to the range with the wife and daughter so much more fun when you are focus on shooting rather than loading magazines. I also recommend the AR15 magazine loader which works and without strip clips.

If you shoot a lot of ammo at the range, you know how sore your thumbs can get especially with newer magazines. This little gadget makes life so much easier and lets you get back to shooting in short order. Once you get the motion down you can do a 15 round Glock magazine in about 10 seconds. Highly recommended!

Without pushing or racing you can load 12 round SigSauer P226 .40cal mags in about 15 seconds! Yes, the more you use it the easier and more fluid the process gets and you find yourself finished loading in only a matter of minutes. Sometimes, I'll put about 300 rounds downrange over about a 3hour period. The real benefit is less about speed and huge on saving your fingers from fatigue, grease and dirt. Typically, I'll load ten mags with 5rounds each from a box of 50 rounds; then, take at least 30 minutes to shoot. Not having to stop, reload, clean tired fingers, etc., allows me to focus better. Some days, I'll get a 99% hit ratio on 18inch splatter paper at 50yards. The speed loader plays a part when shooting a couple hundred rounds.

I ordered this thing on Monday and got it on Tuesday. I pulled it out of the package and gave it a shot and was blown away at how well it worked! My wife was having trouble loading the clips on her 9mm S & W, so I figured I'd give this a try. Now loading is no trouble at all. She loads those clips like a rock star! Works great on my Ruger .45 also. Bad news for waves of zombies that might want to go for a snack in the middle of the night!

Fast!! My old loader was a traditional thumb-loader, and I liked it fine. This guy, however, is awesome. I can load a magazine as fast as I can get the bullets in the slot. Never going back to the old loader. 12th round goes in as easily as the first.

first time I used this loader it was like the mags were greased with butter, no more sore hands or fingers. very good quality. I like the lock that that makes it smaller for storage. I keep three mags with each handgun, can load them in a quarter of the time, recommended!

This thing is great, we were loading 9mil, 40cal and 45cal all day long and no one had a complaint or soar fingers or hands. Must have gone though 1000 rounds and never had a problem. Once the spring loosened up a bit it just got easier and easier. I was a little scared it would not work with my Walther (cause they like to make all their products themselves), but once I got the hang of it I was sold. Great product.

Worked well once I got the hang of it. I am a novice shooter. It fit just fine over the 9mm Magazine but I thought maybe it had alittle too much play in it. I know it was made for several different types of rounds and their Magazines. One size does not fit well for all. I just felt if there was a shim to tighten it up for my magazine. It would be even better.

Wow. I have used 4 or 5 different magazine loaders and this is the best by far. The others were cheaper as I recall, but generally only used for one caliber or even just one gun manufacturer. This thing works great on all of my mags from 9mm to 45, even on my Sig P232 380.

Load 1 10 round clip in 10 seconds not bad even my Wife can do her own loading in about 30 seconds a clip. I did white in the direction indicator on the loader and it makes it almost fool proof. 9mm / 40 cal /45 cal

This thing is worth its weight in gold. I have a M&P 40 and the mags are a real bear to load by hand. This makes it so fast and easy. Plus it takes all of the wear off the lips of the mag when loading. Everyone with a semi-auto should have one of these. It even works to load the 380 in my Colt Govt 380 Auto. I love it. (and no I am not a shill but I just realized I sound like one... wow.) Buy one. You will be glad you did.

A: Thanks for reaching out Neil! The manufacturer does specifically say that the Uplula works on 380 single and double stack mags, including Beretta 84 Cheetah mags.

Q: Do you have a loader that works on 30rd F&N .57 pistol mags

A: Hi John! I'm afraid we haven't got one, and maglula doesn't make a loader that is compatible with 5.7x28. It does look like some other retailers do offer them, though. I wish you luck finding one!

A: Hi Sidney! This versatile little device works with a variety of cartridges. Since it can load 9mm Luger, I'm certain it can handle very similarly sized 9mm Makarov as well.

Q: will it work with 45 LC

A: Hello Robert! This accessory makes it easier to fill up a magazine for a semi-automatic handgun. Now, forgive me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe there has ever been a semi-automatic handgun chambered for 45 Long Colt. This accessory won't do a revolver any good. For a revolver what you want is called a speed loader. It holds the rounds in place so you can put them in a cylinder all at once. You can find 45 Long Colt speed loaders online, but not on Lucky Gunner I'm afraid. Alternatively you may be able to use a moon clip, a similar revolver accessory. I hope that helps!

Q: Can this be use on a 40 also ?

A: Yes this pistol magazine loader can be used for the 40. It is compatible with 9mm to 45, it will load double stacked magazines as well as single with the included adapter. I own this loader personally and have used it on many different caliber pistols. This loader will make a great addition to any range bag. A: This will work well on any single stack 1911 magazine, including factory or custom aftermarket magazine. This magazine loader makes the last few rounds seat into the magazine almost as easy as the first or second!
