Glock’s standard capacity G44 magazine holds 10 rounds of 22 LR. This magazine doesn’t feature the same hardened steel insert that Glock’s centerfire pistol magazines do, although its rugged polymer construction is more than capable of withstanding the stresses of operation as well as dropping, crushing and bending.
A factory G44 mag features a convenient slider to help you compress its stainless steel spring while you load it. The long opening on either side of the mag lets you see how many shots you have remaining, and is numbered “5” and “10” for fast and easy reference.
