Cleaning with a Hoppe's BoreSnake bore cleaner greatly reduces the amount of time required to quickly clean your 12 Gauge Shotgun bore! Using a BoreSnake is so fast that it is practical to clean your firearm while still at the range which will help protect your prized investment.
The patented design of the BoreSnake works by simply dropping the brass weighted end through the barrel and pulling the snake through the bore in the same direction that the bullet travels through.
As the snake passes through, it loosens large particles, then it removes any hard fouling and lead residue with the bronze brush portion, and the woven cotton floss follows up swabbing it all spotless with a cleaning area 160X larger than a standard patch.
