Arizona state laws are some of the best for gun owners and recreational shooters in the United States. You do not need a permit to buy or possess ammo, and no records of ammo purchases are required in the state.
Under Ariz. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 13-3109(a), it is a felony to sell or give ammunition to a minor without parental consent. Therefore, Lucky Gunner requires all Arizona residents to verify their age prior to shipment. This may require you to provide us with a copy of your driver's license or other government-issued photo ID showing your date of birth.
While there are no state-level restrictions against armor-piercing ammo, there are federal laws that still apply to these rounds for Arizona residents, so be sure you are familiar with what is allowed and what is not allowed before buying when it comes to specialty rounds, please.
