A: Thanks for reaching out James! The pros and cons with +P ammo are pretty much the same regardless of your firearm. If you fire this ammo, you will receive a comparably flatter trajectory and transfer more kinetic energy to the target. You will also experience more recoil (albeit not much), and you will accelerate wear and tear on your G43X's moving parts and barrel. I generally don't advise +P for high-volume target shooting for that latter reason.

A: Yes sir – I just confirmed with Black Hills Ammunition, and this cartridge is indeed loaded with Hornady's XTP.
