Corbon Powrball ammunition delivers reliable performance, impressive expansion and deadly terminal ballistics thanks to its patented design, which features a polymer ball embedded at the tip of the hollow point bullet. The ball gives the round a similar profile to full metal jacket ammo and more reliable cycling; additionally, it controls the expansion of the projectile and allows it to expand into a high diameter mushroom shape for better stopping power.

These 9mm Luger cartridges use a +P load and a light 100 grain version of the Powrball projectile to achieve a high muzzle velocity of 1,475 feet per second. This results in more reliable expansion without extreme recoil. The bullet's light weight and high expansion means that it usually deposits all of its energy into the intended target and has a relatively low chance of overpenetrating and damaging bystanders and property. This ammo should only be used in firearms capable of handling the increased pressures of +P ammo.

This ammunition is packaged in boxes of 20. Like other Corbon products, it is loaded in Sturgis, South Dakota and uses non-corrosive Boxer primers and brass cases.
