A: Yes sir, your 43X should have no problem running 9mm NATO ammo.

A: Yes sir! Both of those handguns can safely fire 9mm +P, and 9mm NATO is loaded to a specifically lower pressure than 9mm +P. You'd be quite all set with this ammo.

A: Yes sir, absolutely. All of Taurus's 9mm firearms are designed to safely fire 9mm +P as well. 9mm NATO isn't loaded to as high a pressure as 9mm +P, so this ammo won't even test the extent of your handgun's capabilities.

A: Hi Carl! I'd hesitate to promise sure-fire performance if your Ruger Security-9 Compact is picky about which ammo it fires, but Prvi Partizan's ammo is considered to be pretty consistent quality. I've never had a problem with it personally. I'm afraid we haven't got any better range ammo in store for you at this exact moment, either. I wish we had some Federal Syntech or another premium 9mm range ammo in stock that I could recommend, but I do hope PPU's ammo will work for you. (The Security-9 is designed to safely handle 9mm NATO's greater pressure.)

A: Thanks for reaching out Ryan! The Shield is designed to safely fire 9mm +P ammo. Just take care that overpressure ammo will wear out a semi-auto's movig parts faster. That's not a problem as far as self-defense is concerned, but if you're looking for range ammo for high volume shooting then I don't think you'll want 9mm +P ammo. (A little bit will be okay.) NATO spec 9mm isn't quite as hot as +P, but it's still loaded above SAAMI specs. I just wish we had a better alternative in store for you at this very moment.

A: Hello Adam! I'm afraid I'm unfamiliar with the Zigana, and online resources are fairly limited. I did find a PX-9 review in which the reviewer reported no problems with 9mm +P: thetruthaboutguns.com/gun-review-tisas-zigana-px-9-9mm-pistol/.
I'd rather be certain before recommending this ammo to you. I've dropped a note to Tisas asking your question. I'll let you know what they say as soon as I hear back from them!
