Each of these 9mm rounds features a 150-grain projectile with a traditional lead core that is completely encapsulated in a polymer coating instead of a gilding metal jacket; this synthetic skin reduces copper fouling and barrel friction in order to optimize accuracy between cleanings while preserving rifling quality for as long as possible. As part of the Syntech "Action Pistol" expansion, the projectiles have a flattened nose for easier scoring on paper targets and greater chance of first-round knockdown on steel poppers.
