A: Hi Christopher! Please let me first emphasize that we do not offer legal advice, nor are we qualified to offer legal advice. That said there is no law I'm aware of that bans ammo like this in New Jersey. They have some pretty strict rules regarding hollow point ammo there, but this ammo is just like any other non-expanding range ammo with the excpeption of its bullet's glowing base.
UPDATE: One of our other gracious customers actually found a very relevant New Jersey state law:
"It is unlawful to discharge any incendiary or tracer ammunition, except for law enforcement or military purposes except that non-incendiary tracer shotgun ammunition may be used on trap and skeet ranges for target shooting purposes." This is the language from the NRA's own site.
