A: Thanks for reaching out Josh! You know, the most important reason to favor 115gr over 124gr or vice versa is what you personally prefer firing. Either one is going to deliver virtually identical terminal ballistics for self-defense. If you haven't got a preference, then I'd recommend the middleweight 124gr bullet, which offers the more balanced performance in terms of recoil, point of aim and trajectort.

A: In my opinion, this ammo outranks IMI's in terms of reliability. Sierra makes exceptional bullets, and they load their Outdoor Master ammo specifically for the American commercial market – and we're a very discerning bunch. Not to come down on IMI, which is ISO 9001 certified and loads to SAAMI specs, and which also plays a vital role in their nation's national defense strategy, but I've just found in general that American-made commercial ammo outperforms foreign military-grade ammo.
