Fiocchi Munizioni was founded by a war veteran – albeit not an American one. That veteran was Giulio Fiocchi, who took up residence in Milan following his service in Napoleon’s army. He purchased a languishing arms manufacturer in nearby Lecco in 1876, turned it around, supplied rifles to the Italian army during World War I, and eventually bequeathed his business to his son Carlo. Fiocchi remains a family-run enterprise to this day, with factories in Lecco and Ozark, Missouri that are famous the world over for their fine ammunition.

This is Fiocchi’s standard 9mm ammunition for range training, compatible with any pistol or carbine capable of chambering it. The cartridge’s lightweight 115 grain projectile will achieve supersonic muzzle velocity out of a handgun barrel, thus creating enough chamber pressure to cycle a semi-automatic and a subsequent flat trajectory. The full metal jacket bullet’s lead core and copper-alloy jacket are both fully nonmagnetic. Its round nose profile facilitates smoother feeding and better accuracy. The FMJ is nestled in a factory fresh brass case, with a sensitive and noncorrosive Boxer primer that makes it reloadable.
