A: Good to hear from you Johnny! This cartridge is loaded with Speer's RHT Frangible bullet. RHT stands for Reduced Hazard Training. Because a frangible bullet nearly eliminates the chance of dangerous splash-back or ricochets, it makes target shooting that much safer. Frangible bullets are especially popular for shooting steel targets, and are also suitable when you're firing around stony, rocky or concrete surfaces. Frangible bullets are also used in certain tactical scenarios where wall penetration would prove extra dangerous, and some choose a bullet that is less likely to pass through a wall for home defense. (Although frangible bullets are still very capable of penetrating walls. Fragmentation is only assured when the frangible bullet hits a surface harder than itself at a high enough velocity.)
