The Next Generation is here! This 9mm cartridge is made by SinterFire, one of the world’s leading authorities on frangible ammo. But this is not frangible ammo. Its bullet is going to behave more like a traditional FMJ when it strikes a hard surface, which is to say it won’t disintegrate on contact.

What’s special about this round is its 100 grain bullet that eliminates the use of lead. You may notice that’s a little lightweight for a 9mm bullet, and you would be correct. That’s because its bullet lacks any dense lead, instead being made of a 100 percent copper blend. The lead-free bullet produces less toxic vapor during ignition, and it doesn’t disperse lead particles into the air on contact, either. And because this round’s bullet is ductile, it still poses less risk of splashing shrapnel back at the firing line after it hits something solid.

Although this cartridge has a traditional primer which does contain lead, it’s going to promote a far healthier environment to breathe in while you’re training indoors. You can even gather up your spent bullets to sell them as scrap! Scoop up SinterFire’s new brass cases while you’re at it, because they are reloadable.
