A: This cartridge has in fact got an old-fashioned corrosive follower. You would better clean your rifle accordingly!

A: This milsurp round does indeed have a corrosive primer. With a little extra precaution you shouldn't be bothered by it, however. A: The primer would be corrosive in this ammo, but the propellant will not be.

A: Apologies for the late response! We wish we could tell you precisely when this ammunition was manufactured. Yugoslavia developed their M49 cartridge in the late 1940s, and they ceased to exist in 1992. That said, we're nearly certain the "11-1952" printed on this box corresponds to the month and year of production: ibb.co/NxV0T5b.
