Since 1928, Prvi Partizan has been producing custom ammunition in Serbia for competition, indoor ranges and big game hunting. Newly manufactured by Prvi Partizan, this product is excellent for target practice and hunting. It is both economical and precision manufactured by an established European cartridge producer.

Each round has a boxer-primed reloadable brass casing, non-corrosive propellant, and a soft point bullet ideal for hunting because of the deep penetration and excellent expansion.

My Turkish Mauser loves these, can get just over 1” groups at 100 yards off of a rest. I picked the Mauser up thinking it would be a run of the mill, but these rounds make it accurate enough that I’m going to try it in the woods this year.

Q: will this round fit 1893 Turkish Mauser

A: Hi Thomas, A lot of the 1893 Mausers were converted in the 1930s. Those that were not converted shoot the 8mm Mauser round. The only way to know if your particular 1893 Turkish Mauser has been modified is to have a gunsmith verify the caliber. I hope this helps. Q: Will this ammo work in the unmodified gewehr 88?

A: Hi Shawn. Thanks for looking to LuckyGunner.com for your ammo. This particular round is loaded with the ..323 diameter bullet of the 8mm JS round. If you older rifle has NOT been converted, it will need the Standard 8mm and not the JS version. If you have any doubts, consult your local gunsmith who will be able to determine the bore diameter. A: Prvi Partizan lists the muzzle velocity of this soft point round at 2181 fps with a muzzle energy of 2072 ft. lbs.
