A: No sir. I believe Wolf stopped sealing their Military Classic ammo's case mouths and primers in 2009, right around the same time that they stopped printing "mil spec" on their boxes. Wolf only uses their polymer treatment to coat these rounds' cases.

A: Hi Andrew,
This 7.62x54R ammunition from Wolf does not come in a Spam can. This ammunition comes in 25 boxes of 20 rounds each. We do have another option that comes in a Spam can, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us again, if you have any questions about that!

A: Hi Vincent. The Wolf 7.62x54R ammo does NOT have a steel core. It has a lead core. They are, however, using a bi-metallic projectile that has a thin layer of copper or zinc over a thin layer of steel. This means that they are magnetic, and if your range has a magnet test requirement, they will not be allowed. Let me know if you have any further questions. You can reach me at 800-317-9506. have a great day!

A: Thank you for turning to us at LuckyGunner with your question! We are happy to report that this is new production 7.62x54r from Wolf and is not corrosive. You can shoot these and not have to worry about your rifle seizing up in a day if you don't clean right after hitting the range.
