Red Army Standard's 7.62x39 cartridges are polymer coated and feature sealant on both at the neck of the casing and on the primer, which provides a protective barrier that can withstand the elements better than similarly made cartridges. This round has been manufactured the same way for generations in Russia, giving its user a sense of the long history of the round, as well as its incredible functionality.

This economical and precision crafted round is great for both target practice or range exercises. This full metal jacket - boat tail (FMJ-BT) projectile is tapered at the end to provide more stability in flight, as well as increased accuracy. Which offers consistency and long-range performance that precision rifles shooters have come to expect from their ammunition.

The steel casing of this round is polymer coated, Berdan-primed, non-corrosive, and non-reloadable. The projectile itself does feature a bi-metal jacket, which will attract a magnet.
