A: Hi Carlton. In short, the answer is no. These are not true brass casings. They are brass-plated steel casings. They are designed to provide the value of steel cased ammo with the lower chamber wear provided by brass. As such, they are not reloadable. Hope this is helpful.

A: Hi Kevin. The Golden Bear ammo is steel cased and instead of any coating, they use a brass plating system so that no coating is needed for reliable feeding and extraction.

A: Hello Brian,
This ammunition is loaded in a brass coated, steel case with a lead core, bi-metal jacket projectile. Since the bi-metal jacket is made by pressing together layers of copper and steel, this ammunition will not be able to pass any type of magnet test.
