This 7.62x39 Yugoslavian Surplus ammo comes loaded on 10 round stripper clips, 4 clips to a 40 round box, and 28 boxes per sealed crate. This round utilizes an M67 projectile that is non-magnetic, copper jacketed, with a lead core. This surplus ammo comes in the original crates that it was stored in prior to being released for civilian use!

These rounds are brass cased and berdan primed.

Note: This is corrosive ammunition. Also, some of the crates have some wear and tear such as damaged handles.

Hard primers. My AK doesn't care but the Gen2 Galil has less robust springs leading to dimpling of primers but not firing.

This is the highest quality AK or SKA ammo you can get. It is more accurate than any other 7.62x39 ammo produced. Out of a 20 inch SKS it averages 2346fps and has a sd of 9.
Buy it while you can.
Just clean well after shooting as it is corrosive !!!

Great quality, old, but sealed very well so the shells still look very young. I'm not too worried about any of the corrosive nature of this ammo. Always always clean your firearms.

Corrosive sucks... I sprayed my ak down with windex after shooting 500 of these and cleaned it throughly about 7 hours later. No problems. Cycles very very well. Stripper clips were handy to speed load mags.

Seems a lil hotter than the steel case tula loads I buy in the spam cans.

I have a yugo sks and I like to use this ammo because the yugo doesn’t have a chrome chamber and I have heard that the steel cased rounds are hard on the chamber if they aren't chrome. Plus this ammo comes in a cool case you feel like a little kid when you open it up. I shot 400 hundred rounds out my sks with out cleaning it last Saturday and I didn’t have one misfire. As a side note when the brass ejects out of your rifle it throws it much farther then the steel cases.

Q: is this reloadable

A: Technically yes, but I STRONGLY advise against trying. These cartridges have Berdan primers, which (A) have two flash holes instead of one and are accordingly very difficult to place, (B) not nearly as standardized as America's preferred Boxer primers, and (C) difficult to find in the United States as reloading components. I'm certain it would be more cost-effective to buy new ammunition over reloading Berdan-primed cartridges.
