These hunting rounds are great for picking off whitetails and mule deer at long distances with a custom-built rifle chambered in 6.5mm Creedmoor. This ammunition is manufactured by Sellier & Bellot, a Czech company that is known in the US for their affordable products and modern components. Each of this particular cartridges is made with care using a reloadable brass casing that is free from major defects. A non-corrosive Boxer primer is fitted the casing's bottom while a tested measure of powder fills its volume; this is especially important in providing a level of consistency demanded by precision shooters.

Each round is topped off with a 140-grain soft point projectile. This weighs in heavy for the 6.5mm Creedmoor caliber and carries greater momentum out to long distances. Soft point bullets have sleek jacketed bodies with exposed lead tips which are designed to expand outward as they smash into a target. This creates a rippling effect of energy which creates a much larger wound cavity in the vital areas of a game animal, promoting faster bleeding and quicker nerve shutdown; all of these factors contribute to a clean, humane kill with little possibility of a runoff that might require hours of blood tracking.
