This 5.56 ammo from ZQI Ammunition is loaded with a 62 Grain Full Metal Jacket bullet, providing excellent accuracy. These rounds are perfect for range training with your AR-15, M16 or other 5.56 NATO caliber rifles.

ZQI Ammunition makes high quality, brass cased ammunition at their facilities in Turkey, much of which is brought into the American consumer market.

Each round is brass cased, boxer primed and reloadable.

Note: While these rounds do not feature a green painted tip, they are loaded to the same NATO spec as standard M855 / SS109 rounds. They are loaded into fully annealed brass cases with sealed primers.

Q: Have there been any major problems reported with primers being blown out from the case on 5.56 caliber???

A: Hey Chris! It may depend on your rifle.The primers are not staked in the pocket and the pockets are a bit looser than some other brands. In some rifles, this can lead to primers coming out upon firing. It is usually just in rifles that are a bit loose, so your best bet would be to check with a gunsmith regarding your specific firearm. With that said, this ammo has a good reputation for quality at a good price.

Q: is this ammo non-magnetic?

A: Hello Cameron, This ammunition is loaded with an SS109 style projectile. As a result, that ammunition does contain a steel penetrator. Due to the steel penetrator, this ammunition will be attracted to a magnet.
