A prepper’s dream! This American-made 5.56x45 ammunition by Winchester is packaged in a brand new M19A1 ammo can, complete with the tight-sealing rubber gasket it needs to keep its contents safe, fresh and potent. The rounds themselves are preloaded on handy stripper clips, so you can charge up a mag in seconds flat.

This ammo is loaded according to the U.S. Armed Forces’ M193 specifications. Can you fire it in an AR-15? Abso-ding-dang-lutely! The 55 grain full metal jacket projectile feeds efficiently into the chamber, resists deformation and retains sufficient velocity to stay supersonic until approximately 710 yards. Winchester’s FMJs are nonmagnetic, but they are also incapable of terminal expansion. Still, at close range this ammo’s poised to seriously neutralize any immediate threat to your personal safety.

This ammo’s brass cases are new as spring flowers. They’re discolored around their necks, but that is simply the cosmetic byproduct of the factory heat-treatment which made them stronger and suppler. No functional rifle should have any trouble igniting these rounds’ non-corrosive Boxer primers.
