John Moses Browning invented the 45 ACP cartridge. It’s only fitting that the great American gunsmith’s name should be on this box of training ammo!

This round is specifically designed for the pistol range. Its bullet is nothing fancy – just a lead core with a gilding metal jacket that helps it efficiently feed in a semi-auto and avoid fouling up its barrel too quickly. The 230 grain bullet is going to clear a pistol’s barrel with a muzzle velocity of 835 fps. This ammo is definitely going to cycle a semi-automatic, and it’s also going to closely mimic the recoil, point of aim and trajectory of real self-defense loads.

Browning’s ammo is loaded in Alton, Illinois using non-corrosive primers and reusable brass cases. The old American company’s propellant burns clean enough that you can leave the Hoppe’s and swabs at home when you go to the range.
