A: Thanks for reaching out Darryl! I'm afraid we haven't got either of those selections in stock, although either one would make a good hog load for sure. Personally, I wouldn't recommend 45 ACP for deer hunting – I believe it's just a little too weak for the job. That said, any Hornady 45 ACP JHP ammo should get the job done in the hands of a capable marksman.
We have got a really good 45 ACP +P solution for hunting, though. Critical Duty is police grade ammo, and the FlexLock bullet is designed for 14-16" deep penetration accompanied by significant terminal expansion. I hope you'll take a look!
