You don’t want to make birds which gobble start to wobble or hobble – you only want to knock them down dead. And if you would choose an especially small shotgun for so important a task, you’ll find no better ammo than Remington Premier TSS 410 Bore.

This shell is loaded with 13/16 ounces of #9 Tungsten Super Shot (TSS). It is nontoxic, so you’ll be able to conserve the environment and preserve your game’s delicious drumsticks.

But that’s not what makes TSS so effective at its job. Tungsten is incredibly dense at 18 g/cc. Compare it to traditional lead, which has a density of 11 g/cc, and it’s easy to appreciate why TSS retains so much more momentum and resultant deadly energy downrange. TSS is so dense that you can hunt turkey with tiny #9 shot pellets instead of much larger #4, #5 or #6 shot. That will give you the advantage of a far thicker pattern which delivers more pellets on target!

This shotshell is loaded to a subsonic muzzle velocity of 1,100 fps, so you won’t issue cracking reports which could disturb the neighbors. Remington’s green hulls are tapered toward their tips for smoother feeding, and they are certainly reloadable.
