A: Hello Jim! I regret that Federal has not made this ammo's muzzle velocity available, nor have we recorded it ourselves. I would reasonably guess that it's between 1,150 and 1,250 fps, but I'm sorry that I can't you a definitive answer.

A: Thanks for reaching out Rico! The 40 S&W and 9mm are two totally different cartridges. You exclusively want 9mm (aka 9mm Luger or 9x19) for your handgun.
Our selection is somewhat limited at the moment, but we have got options for you. If you want to shoot targets, this is the right ammo to do it with: luckygunner.com/9mm-nato-124-grain-fmj-zqi-50-rounds. If you want to defend yourself, this is the appropriate ammo: luckygunner.com/9mm-124-grain-jhp-ammo-inc-20-rounds. The difference is the JHP bullet will expand inside of soft tissue to inflict greater damage to it; The FMJ bullet, on the other hand, will not!

A: My apologies, but Massachusetts' strict laws prevent us from shipping ammo there.
