Are you out of 380 ACP defense ammo – or running precariously low on 380 ACP defense ammo? Don’t lose your cool! Lucky Gunner is here to make the situation all better. We’re offering premium defenders by Underwood, and our fast shipping will put them in your magazine sooner than you probably expect.
This cartridge’s bullet is the right one for personal protection. There are HUGE notches on the jacketed hollow point’s rim, which help it spread out wider after hitting soft tissue with relatively little energy. Even if it fails to expand, the lead-core JHP’s broad tip will inflict more damage than a round nose bullet probably would have.
Underwood doesn’t let this ammo leave their Ohio factory until it features two very helpful components. First is flash-suppressed powder. You won’t notice it during the daytime, but at night it can save you from becoming temporarily blinded by muzzle flash. Second is nickel-plated brass cases, which are:
• Smoother, which promotes more reliable operation in semi-autos
• Shinier, and therefore more visible in the chamber
• Resistant to corrosion caused by moisture, oils, dirt, etc.
• Easier to clean (which only matters if you’re handloading them)
• Prettier (which arguably doesn’t matter at all, but it’s the truth)
