A: Thanks for reaching out Russell! To my knowledge, Federal has never offered Punch series bullets for sale as reloading components. I know they do offer .357 Hydra-Shok bullets in a couple of heavier weights (Federal is out of stock of these at the moment). It's not the same, but currently have.357 JSP bullets in stock: https://www.luckygunner.com/bullets-38r-cal-125-grain-jsp-zero-500

A: Thanks for reaching out RB! Page 18 of the Taurus 856 manual says that the revolver is rated to safely 38 Spl +P ammo: https://www.taurususa.com/images/manuals/Taurus_Manual_856.pdf

A: Good to hear from you Sam! This round's primer is definitely sealed, but Federal makes no indication that the mouth is sealed as well. It would be odd if they sealed the primer and not the case mouth, but I can't promise that the mouth is indeed sealed.

A: Thanks for reaching out Forrest! This article by the NRA answers your question better than I could:
americanrifleman.org/content/review-rock-island-armory-m206-revolver/
In short, while neither the pistol's markings nor its manual explicitly state that the M206 is rated for 38 Spl +P, Rock Island Armory has repeatedly stated the revolver is good to fire overpressure ammo.

A: Yes sir, absolutely! A 38 Special +P cartridge generates a maximum of 20,000 psi chamber pressure. That's still nowhere near the 35,000 psi max pressure a 357 Magnum revolver is designed to accommodate.

A: Yes sir, your revolver is designed to fire 38 Special and 38 Special +P in addition to 357 Magnum.

A: Thanks for reaching out Steve! The Colt Detective Special has been chambered for both .32 and .38 caliber ammunition, so based on the info you've given me I regret that I cannot say with absolute certainty whether yours is chambered for 38 Special. Also, it is not advisable to fire +P ammunition in older firearms, as they may not be designed to safely absorb that much more chamber pressure. If your Colt is indeed chambered for 38 Special (check and see if it has "38 S&W SPECIAL" or "38 S&W SPL" on its barrel), then I'd advise not purchasing +P ammo like this for it.

A: Yes sir, absolutely! Your 357 Magnum can fire 38 Special and 38 Special +P alike. This ammo would make a great choice for lower recoil self-defense with that firearm. I carry Federal's 38 Special +P in my own revolver.

A: Good to hear from you Will! In a word, absolutely, your revolver can fire 38 Special +P just fine. Rock Island just doesn't explicitly state that fact. This NRA article has more info: americanrifleman.org/articles/2020/8/8/review-rock-island-armory-m206-revolver
