A: No sir, there are 64 types of 357 SIG ammunition that we would stock at a moment's notice – if we could find it, that is. Unfortunately this cartridge's popularity is only dwindling, so it's becoming increasingly harder to find as fewer and fewer manufacturers are willing to commit the raw materials requisite for its creation. But the 357 SIG is far from dead yet, and I do expect to get more in store one of these days. Please check back in again soon, as we update our inventory constantly!

A: Thanks for reaching out Shalena! To be sure, your revolver cannot fire 357 SIG. That cartridge is specifically for semi-automatic pistols, and it only has "357" in its name because it's designed to mimic the performance of the 357 Magnum. Your handgun can fire 357 Magnum, 38 Special and 38 Special +P ammunition. We currently only have one option for 38 Special in stock: luckygunner.com/38-special-110-grain-frangible-hp-sinterfire-special-duty-20-rounds. It's less powerful than 357 Magnum, but that's actually a positive since it will cut down on the recoil which makes accurate, rapid fire more difficult. We do update our inventory frequently, though, so if you'd like more options then I hope you'll check back in again soon!

A: Thanks for reaching out Kathryn! The 357 SIG won't work in a 9mm handgun – very different cartridge! But I'm happy to say we've got a couple good self-defense 9mm options in stock right now: luckygunner.com/handgun/9mm-ammo
Please see the Sierra Outdoor Master ammo – that's a jacketed hollow point made by a really good American manufacturer. The Underwood ammo with the solid copper bullet would work very well for you too. That bullet doesn't expand inside soft tissue, but it doesn't need to in order to make a much wider wound cavity than 0.355". Please let me know if you've got any questions about either of these cartridges, but I'm confident you'll be in good supply if you order either.

A: No sir, 357 SIG is not compatible with 357 Magnum firearms. I regret that we haven't got any 357 Magnum in stock at the moment. We do have a 38 Special option you might consider, and I expect to have another 38 Special self-defense load in stock shortly.

A: Glad to hear it Marcos! I'm honored to have been of help.

A: Yes sir, this is the 357 SIG ammo that the Glock 33 is chambered for. In my opinion this is the best self-defense ammo you could pick for that handgun, too. This is what the cops use.

A: Yes sir, you can see all this ammo's data to the right of its product description. Its MV is 1,350 fps (out of a 4" barrel). You can look at even more ballistic data as well FBI test protocol results here: le.vistaoutdoor.com/ammunition/speer/handgun/details.aspx?id=53918

A: Thanks for reaching out Bruce! The 357 SIG cartridge was designed specifically for semi-automatic firearms and is not compatible with your 357 Magnum revolver. I regret that we haven't got any 357 Magnum in stock right now, though that's bound to change soon. We do have good 38 Special +P HoneyBadger self-defense ammo in stock, and your Ruger can fire that just fine. It's less power than a 357 Magnum, but it's also less recoil. You can see what we have in stock here: luckygunner.com/handgun/38-special-ammo

A: No sir, I'm afraid not. The 357 Sig was designed specifically for semi-automatic handguns, and as such it's incompatible with firearms that are chambered for 357 Magnum like your Big Boy. You want 357 Mag or 38 Special, although I regret that we haven't got either in stock right now due to the ammo drought. I hope you'll check back in soon, though, because we're still getting new ammo in stock all the time!

A: Hi Jorge! We'd love to when time permits – at the moment we're just trying to keep up with our huge recent influx of orders. I'll tell our research team that you're interested in this ammo for the next time they cook up a batch of ballistic gel.
