A: Hi Tom! Magnum Research specifically recommends the following 357 Magnum ammunition for the Mk. 19: https://www.magnumresearch.com/PDF/DE-Rec-Ammo-List.pdf
I believe this ammo should be fine as well, but I'd rather make certain for you. I'll reach out to Magnum Research for their opinion on this ammo. I'll update this comment as soon as I hear back from them!

A: Hi Sean! This round's 1,145 fps muzzle velocity was indeed recorded out of a 4" test barrel. When you fire it through a rifle, you should expect its muzzle velocity to increase substantially. There is no mathematical formula available to estimate a round's muzzle velocity through a different barrel, unfortunately – it's just something you have to measure at the range via chronograph.
This video on YouTube gives a great demonstration: youtube.com/watch?v=CzrxHjX7eWo. The demonstrator is firing similar (if not identical) ammo as this. He gets a 1,193 fps impact velocity with a 4" revolver barrel, but a 1,563 fps impact velocity with a 16" carbine.
