This round’s 127 grain bullet looks just like a Phillips head drill bit. Its four sharp cutting edges make short work of any material in their way, while the deep grooves between them engage and compress any soft tissue they come into contact with. The HoneyBadger then rapidly jets that soft tissue away in a lateral direction, effectively creating an injury just like an expanding hollow point bullet all while retaining its original diameter!
Because it lacks a nose cavity, the HoneyBadger can’t clog up with fabric or other debris that could impact its terminal performance. It’s also able to make short work of most barriers, and because it’s made entirely of copper it retains virtually 100 percent of its weight while it penetrates barrier and target alike. A copper bullet also causes no lead fouling in the barrel, keeping it clean and the weapon more accurate.
Black Hills only crafts first-rate ammo, and their products are in high demand by both the U.S. Armed Forces and dozens of major firearm manufacturers. They load according to exacting specifications, choosing only high-grade brass shell casings, snappy and non-corrosive primers, and premium propellant blends in doing so.
