Why does this rifle cartridge look like a golf pencil? Because it is the 350 Legend, of course – friend to all deer hunters who must take the straight-walled approach to their hobby. If you’re gearing up for some gun fun in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan or Ohio, then the Underwood 350 LGND ammo you need is right here!

This cartridge’s bullet isn’t just a spitzer style soft point. It is the InterLock – Hornady’s high-tech SP which unleashes expansion at surprisingly low velocities. The InterLock’s jacket tapers to a thin rim, and it is additionally weakened with inner grooves. Low-velocity impact easily spreads out the bullet’s frontal section. The InterLock is also doubly equipped for deep penetration, as its jacket is embedded within its core in two separate places: the cannelure, and the InterLock ring just behind it.

Do you like bagging deer before the sun has risen – or after it’s sunk? Count on Underwood’s awesome low-flash propellant to preserve your vision if you ever have to fire in the dark! And if you want cases that cycle like clockwork and resist corrosion, then Underwood’s reloadable nickel-plated brass will win your hard-to-win approval.
