Remington’s Core-Lokt has long been hailed as one of the most effective soft point bullets for hunting ever since its introduction in the 1930s. This round’s 250 grain bullet’s great accuracy comes from its concentric jacket, sharp centered meplat, and evenly distributed core. Its ability to penetrate deeply into its target is assured by the band which locks its solid core and tapered jacket together, which promotes great weight retention.
