The 32 S&W Long has mostly fallen out of favor for self-defense, but that doesn’t mean you don’t want to take your Colt New Police or other beautiful vintage revolver out to the range so you can put the hurtin’ to a few milk jugs every now and then. Make certain you never run low on this niche round again – order Fiocchi’s 32 S&W Long target shooting ammo by the case!
This is the 32 S&W Long’s 97 full metal jacket load. We wouldn’t recommend the FMJ for personal protection as it cannot expand while it tunnels through its target, although even so relatively anemic a bullet can do seriously destructive things to any target with judicious aim. The bullet’s copper alloy jacket will prevent the rapid accumulation of lead residue in your revolver’s barrel to preserve its accuracy. That alongside the bullet’s solid lead core makes it completely nonmagnetic.
Fiocchi makes this particular ammunition by their home office in Italy (hence the round’s other name on the box: 32 S&W Lungo). They use only freshly minted brass cases when they load their revolver rounds, as well as non-corrosive Boxer primers for clean performance and reloadability.
