The Scenar-L: The end product of Lapua’s decades of ballistic research and testing, this hollow point boat tail bullet is designed to live up to even the pickiest long-distance shooter’s expectations. Red Mountain Arsenal loads this 308 Win cartridge with the Scenar-L for the likes of benchrest competitors and military snipers.

This round’s 175 grain bullet begins as a copper jacket, drawn to Lapua’s highest standards for concentricity and dimensional uniformity. The very narrow aperture in the Scenar-L’s tip indicates that its core was poured into place while still in liquid state. The core conformed to its jacket and then hardened, so it is perfectly distributed toward the base of the bullet to heighten balance and rotational stability. The Scenar-L’s extremely uniform weight enhances even more consistent in-flight ballistics.
