This round’s bullet features nothing less than a big green polymer tip. That complements the Core-Lokt Tipped bullet’s fine-tuned copper jacket, graceful boat tail, form-fitted lead core and rearward center of gravity to promote exemplary accuracy. A select primer and powder charge team up to give the 150 grain projectile a muzzle velocity of 2,840 fps, at which rate it achieves a 0.415 G1 ballistic coefficient. The bullet holds at least Mach 2 velocity until just before 300 yards, and retains 1,125 ft lbs of whitetail-buckling energy at 500 yards!
The Core-Lokt Tipped bullet’s polymer tip is perched over its lead core’s nose cavity.
