A: While the .308 will chamber in the M1A, it typically has a higher pressure than the 7.62x51 NATO cartridge that the M1A is chambered in. This can cause more wear and maintenance on your firearm.

A: Hi Nathan. These projectiles are bimetallic and will attract a magnet, so make sure you can use them on your range! The steel used in the jacket is so thin and so soft that it cannot possibly damage the bore of your rifle.

A: Hi Jason almost all European surplus ammo uses Berdan primers for reliability. Unfortunately the primers range from corrosive to mildly corrosive. There should not be any issues provided you clean your rifle immediately after firing.
