Ammo Inc. loads a lot of TMJ projectiles, but for this particular ammo they chose the traditional full metal jacket. That’s a solid lead core with a gilding metal jacket that does not encapsulate the bullet’s base. Ammo Inc. does not load magnetic projectiles. This round’s 150 grain bullet gives it a 1,850 fps muzzle velocity, which is over 700 fps faster than the speed of sound. A suppressor would still do its job, but not as effectively as it would have with subsonic loads.
Ammo Inc.’s signature line of ammo features their Hyperclean Technology. It promotes fuller combustion of the propellant during ignition to reduce overall fouling of the firearm. These American-made rounds also feature virgin reloadable brass cases, so handloaders can have at it.
