And hunt with a 30-06 Springfield rifle while you’re at it. Armscor USA ammunition is loaded with 165 grain polymer tipped bullets for that very purpose.
See the bullet’s white tip? That’s the trademark of a Nosler Accubond. It’s a tough tip, which remains pointed and streamlined under intense pressure, and which reliably splits apart the jacket and lead core as it drives wide, energetic terminal expansion.
The AccuBond is much more than its white tip. It also features a progressively tapered jacket which promotes higher-velocity expansion after lower-velocity impact. That jacket is bonded to its core so as to promote lethally deep penetration. And because it ends in a deformation-resistant boat tail, the AccuBond’s front and back are both shaped to promote a flatter, harder-hitting trajectory.
New reloadable brass. Nonocrrosive Boxer primers. Made in Montana. Also, the box we just looked at says “Proud Supporter Mule Deer Foundation.” We don’t know what that foundation does, exactly. Sends mule deer to college? If that’s the case, then we fully support their mission.
