Fiocchi, an Italy-based manufacturer, does excellent work to help ensure that these wildcat cartridges remain available for deer and elk hunting. These .25-06 Remington rounds are topped with an excellently designed Soft-Point projectile with Boat-Tail base (SP-BT) and gilding metal jacket. The minimally exposed tip combines efforts with the jacket's toothed cannelure in order to produce controlled expansion on impact for a wide wound cavity with an emphasis on deep penetration; this ensures that the round can defeat the tough hide and breast plate of an elk while still delivering enough energy to result in a quick drop.

The rear of the SP-BT bullet was especially chosen for its resistance to drag and wind in flight which translates to tighter groups and longer effective range. Each projectile weighs 117 grains which is on the heavier side for the .25-06 caliber and intended to take down medium-large game with lethal efficiency. Fiocchi is an internationally trusted ammo manufacturer that keeps close ties to law enforcement, hunting, and competitive shooting communities. Their products are backed by research, revision, and innovation which has been cultivated since their establishment in 1876.
