Remanufactured match grade .223 Remington ammo from Black Hills Ammunition is a great way to train up with your AR-15 or other .223 Rem or 5.56 NATO rifle so you can be in top form for your next competitive event or precision target shooting session. These rounds are less expensive than their new production ammo and offer considerable cost savings given the high cost of match rounds.

Each cartridge in this bulk priced case of 1,000 (divided into 20 boxes of 50 rounds each) fires a heavy 75-grain hollow point bullet at a muzzle velocity of 2,750 feet per second. Unlike defensive JHPs, which are designed to expand or fragment for lethal effect, the hollow point bullets used in this load are designed to provide pinpoint accuracy. The high weight of the bullet provides additional stability and resistance to crosswinds at the cost of some velocity; this is a worthwhile tradeoff for target shooting, as the force with which the projectile strikes the target is not of great importance.

Black Hills remanufactured ammo is loaded in Rapid City, South Dakota using non-corrosive Boxer primers and once fired brass cases.
