Each cartridge in this box of 50 fires a heavy 62 grain Barnes TSX solid copper hollow point bullet at a muzzle velocity of 3,100 feet per second. The Barnes TSX bullet is designed to expand into four petals for devastating effect against various types of game. To avoid the fouling issues that plagued earlier solid copper designs, the TSX has three grooves cut into its shank to absorb expanding bullet material.
