This cartridge’s 55 grain bullet is shaped like an ordinary full metal jacket, and accordingly offers similar (albeit not identical) ballistic performance to your standard M193 loads. But as a pointed soft point, the bullet features the unjacketed lead tip which produces deadly expansion after impact. The bullet is jacketed in brass to reduce fouling and secure effectively deep penetration. No steel. No attraction to a magnet!
