Giraites Ginkluotes Gamykla (GGG) is owned in full by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, and their job is making certain the Lithuanian Armed Forces has the stuff they need to keep undesirable elements from invading the Baltic nation.

GGG is also in the business of making new production, non-milsurp 223 Rem ammo for export to foreign markets. You’re looking at a whole ammo can full of of GGG’s 223 Rem range loads, a great pick for any AR-15 or other firearm chambered for 5.56/223!

This cartridge is loaded with a 55 grain full metal jacket projectile. Its lead core is hardened by 2.2% antimony content, and its jacket is 90% copper, 10% zinc. The takeaway here is that GGG’s FMJ is completely nonmagnetic! This isn’t an expanding bullet, but you can be certain it will fragment to deal exaggerated damage to soft tissues following high-velocity impact.

GGG’s new brass case is socketed with a non-corrosive Boxer primer. Ignition sparks up this round’s clean-burning double base propellant to deliver a 3,330 fps muzzle velocity out of a 23.6” barrel. The bullet’s 0.272 ballistic coefficient means it will reach 300 yards in one-third of a second, at which point it should still travel faster than 2,300 fps.

This ammo comes sealed up tight in a mil-spec ammo can, complete with a hinged handle, skirted lid, rubber gasket and heavy-duty seam-welded steel construction. Perfect for prepping or adventures through adverse conditions!
