Black Hills chose to load this round’s 52 grain bullet in part because it is extremely well balanced. The opening in its tip created passage for the bullet’s core while it was still molten; because it hardened inside of its jacket, the core is perfectly contoured to it. This bullet’s thin jacket is also extremely concentric, which means it doesn’t possess some flaw in its weight distribution that could send the bullet careening away from its intended trajectory.
This round’s bullet further features a narrow tip and sleek, aerodynamic profile, both of which reduce drag to keep its velocity faster and trajectory flatter farther downrange. This ammo is brass-cased, Boxer-primed, non-corrosive and carefully loaded to deliver pinpoint results with every shot.
