A: Thanks for reaching out Greg! Quite the treasure you've got there. I expect this ammo would function correctly in your SA-22, but I personally believe CCI makes the best 22 LR for a semi-auto. If I could recommend only one cartridge for your rifle, it would have to be CCI Mini-Mag 40gr CPRN. This ammo generates sufficient pressure to cycle any semi-auto, its round nose bullets feed smooth as syrup, and those bullets' copper plating conserve accuracy by warding off barrel leading: luckygunner.com/22-lr-40-grain-cprn-cci-mini-mag-1000-rounds

A: Thanks for reaching out Brian! This 22 LR ammo is incompatible with .25 caliber handguns, but we have currently got a couple options in stock if you need 25 ACP ammo!

A: Yes sir! I can't make any guarantees about a firearm I have not tested myself, but this ammo should function correctly in your M&P and will generate sufficient chamber pressure to fully cycle it. But speaking personally, I'm much more partial to CCI's CPRN ammo for a 22 LR semi-auto. I'd highly recommend this ammo for your M&P: luckygunner.com/rimfire/22-lr-ammo?jacket_type=151&manufacturer=10

A: Thanks for reaching out Sue! This ammo should function correctly in your Mk II, absolutely. That said, I own a Ruger Standard (the Mk II's predecessor), and I've personally noticed the very best performance with CCI's excellent 22 LR ammunition – specifically with a copper-plated bullet. That's why I'm most confident recommending any of these four cartridges to you:

All of these generate sufficient chamber pressure to fully cycle a semi-auto. If you specifically want a round nose bullet, then I expect you'll like my favorite 22 LR target shooting ammo of all:

A: Yes sir, this round's 40 grain bullet and supersonic 1,200 fps muzzle velocity ought to generate adequate chamber pressure to fully cycle your semi-auto.

A: Thanks for reaching out Dennis! This ammo all comes loosely packed together in one box. I hope you and your buddies don't mind doing a little counting!

A: Thanks for reaching out Shayne! Revolvers are awesome because they're not remotely particular about what kind of ammo they can fire. Your Pathfinder should be able to handle any 22 LR we have in stock, this included!

A: Thanks for reaching out! This ammo should function correctly in a converted 22 LR AR, absolutely. Its 1,200 fps muzzle velocity and 40gr bullet mean it generates adequate pressure to cycle a semi-auto. That said, I've always greatly preferred copper-plated (ie CPRN/CPHP) bullets for semi-autos seeing as how they keep the barrel cleaner – and in an AR's case, that copper plating tends to keep more lead residue out of the gas port/block as well. But too many people do just fine with LRN bullets to insist that copper-plated ones are necessary!

A: Yes sir, this ammo should function correctly in your Mk III! But as a Ruger Standard owner myself, I'd personally recommend the Aguila CPHP ammo we have in stock for your handgun. I find the copper plating's hardness helps to prevent jamming better, and its ability to prevent rapid barrel fouling leads to appreciably longer accuracy. But to be sure, if you prefer to buy American then Federal will do right by you. (If we had any in stock I'd recommend CCI ammo above all others for a Mk III.)

A: Thanks for reaching out Bill! This ammo should certainly function correctly in a Wild Cat, although I'd personally prefer our Aguila ammo's copper-plated CPHP bullet for a semi-automatic because it reduces lead fouling in the bore to preserve accuracy. That said, the Federal ammo is supersonic to reliably cycle a semi-auto as well as American made.

A: Thanks for reaching out Michael! I can't guarantee this ammo will work in your Mosquito, although Federal's Champion 22 LR ammo does boast consistent quality and a supersonic muzzle velocity that supports reliable functionality in a semi-auto. We haven't got any in stock, but I generally recommend CCI ammo for finnicky semi-autos. I too have a picky Ruger Standard which I only trust to run CCI.

A: Absolutely sir, any 22 LR revolver will fire this ammo just fine!

By: Jason Baxley
A: Thanks for reaching out Jason! It should cycle an AR like your S&W, but I'd much rather recommend the Remignton 22 Golden Bullet 22 LR we currently have in stock. I estimate it will generate more of the chamber pressure your semi-auto needs to cycle correctly, and I greatly prefer a copper-plated bullet for my own semi-autos because it keeps the bore cleaner to preserve accuracy and facilitates smoother feeding to a slight degree.

By: Ivan
A: Thanks for reaching out Ivan! With its muzzle velocity of 1,200 fps, this ammo will break the sound barrier and accordingly issue a supersonic "crack." It should create a report of approximately 145 decibels if fired from a rifle, or about 155 decibels in the case of a pistol. Subsonic ammo should prove significantly quieter. We currently have one option in stock: luckygunner.com/22-lr-40-gr-lrn-eley-match-50-rounds

A: Good Afternoon Ron,
Thank you so much for choosing LuckyGunner.com!
Most of your semi automatic firearms do well with high velocity ammunition. However, many customers report to us that the 1200/fps standard velocity works well.
Because 22LR firearms are such fussy eaters, I would try a small 50RD box before commiting to a larger box.
Let us know if you have any additional questions! I am happy to help.
Thank you,
Christina

A: Absolutely Jere, this ammo should work fine in a G44. It's definitely got that supersonic muzzle velocity you want for a semi-automatic handgun!
